cups lettuce blend (6 parts romaine, 1 part spinach)

fl. oz. scoop cucumber, sliced

2

fl. oz. scoop cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4

avocado, sliced

1

tbl feta

1

fl oz green olives

fl oz creamy greek dressing

Steps

1.

Prepare bites according to recommended cooking directions.

2.

Place lettuce blend into the bottom of the bowl.

3.

Starting at 12 o’clock, place the cucumber dice onto the bed of greens.

4.

Working clockwise from the cucumbers continue to place components onto the salad: Zesty Greek Protein + Veg Bites, cherry tomatoes, avocado, hummus, olives, pickled red onion.

5.

Sprinkle feta onto hummus scoop.

6.

Serve with creamy greek dressing on the side.
