Viral for a good reason, this magic shell-topped peanut butter yogurt is a breeze to make when your sweet tooth craving hits.

Ingredients

1

container (5.3-ounce) Nature’s Fynd dairy-free vanilla Fy yogurt

1

tablespoon peanut butter powder or natural peanut butter

1

tablespoon chopped vegan dark chocolate or vegan chocolate chips

1/2

teaspoon coconut oil

1

tablespoon chopped roasted peanuts (optional)

1

pinch flaky sea salt

Steps

1.

Open yogurt container and stir peanut butter into yogurt until thoroughly combined. Evenly smooth surface of yogurt.

Add chocolate and coconut oil to small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, stirring every 15 seconds, until fully melted, about 45 seconds.

Pour melted chocolate over yogurt, tilting the cup so that the chocolate evenly spreads to all sides of the cup. Top with chopped peanuts and flaky sea salt.

Freeze until the chocolate has set and hardened, about 15 minutes (do not leave the yogurt cup in the freezer for longer than it takes to set the chocolate). Remove from freezer and crack into chocolate layer to enjoy.
