How to cook Nature’s Fynd Meatless Breakfast Patties in two steps.
1. More oil
Pre-heat your non-stick skillet over medium heat and generously coat the skillet with oil (approx. 1 tbsp. for every two patties).
2. Less time
Heat meatless patties for 2-3 minutes on each side, 4-6 minutes total. Only heat patties until very lightly browned. Please don’t overcook.
- Our patties are meatless, so please don’t cook them like meat (they’re fungi-based!).
- Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165ºF.
