How to cook Nature’s Fynd Meatless Breakfast Patties in two steps.
1. More oil

Pre-heat your non-stick skillet over medium heat and generously coat the skillet with oil (approx. 1 tbsp for every two patties).

2. Less time

Heat patties for 2–3 minutes on each side, 4–6 minutes total. Only cook until very lightly browned.

Pro tips

Our patties are meatless, so please don’t cook them like meat (they’re fungi-based!).

Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165ºF.

If purchased frozen, thaw in the refrigerator before cooking.
